1. About Kyvro AI

Kyvro AI LLC is a company registered in Wyoming, United States, with operations in Uruguay. We specialize in developing and implementing automation and artificial intelligence solutions for businesses: WhatsApp chatbots, process automation, lead generation, and customer service systems.

2. Service Description

Our services include, depending on the plan:

• • Development and deployment of AI-powered chatbots for WhatsApp and web
• • Workflow automation (scheduling, follow-ups, CRM)
• • Lead generation and qualification systems
• • Integration with third-party platforms
• • Ongoing technical support and maintenance

3. Payments & Billing

Services are contracted through a one-time setup fee (implementation) and a recurring monthly payment for maintenance and support. Prices vary depending on the plan selected (Starter, Growth, or Scale). Payments are processed through Stripe (international cards) or MercadoPago (local payments in Uruguay).

The setup fee can be split into installments by prior agreement. The monthly payment is billed at the beginning of each period. If a payment is not completed within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend the service until the situation is resolved.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days of activation, you can request a full refund of the monthly payment. The setup fee is non-refundable as it covers the implementation work already performed. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected].

5. Intellectual Property

The workflows, chatbots, and automations we build for your business are your property. However, the internal tools, templates, methodologies, and base code used by Kyvro AI remain the property of Kyvro AI LLC. We do not claim any rights over your brand, content, customer data, or materials you provide during the project.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kyvro AI is committed to providing quality service with high availability. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (sales, number of leads, etc.) as they depend on multiple factors beyond our control. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services (WhatsApp, OpenAI, hosting providers), nor for indirect losses arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 15 days' prior notice. Upon termination, we will deactivate the automations and chatbots associated with your account. We will provide a copy of your data if requested within 30 days of cancellation.
